Yes. We cover all 36 Nigerian states and the FCT. Our logistics team handles deliveries to remote locations, including oil & gas sites and construction sites in less accessible areas.

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental periods. For most equipment, the minimum is 1 day. Long-term contracts (3 months or more) come with preferential rates.

Yes. Our standard rental includes delivery to site, installation, and collection at the end of the rental period. An installation and commissioning fee may apply for complex setups.

Generators are provided without fuel unless you select our Fuel Management add-on service. We can arrange regular diesel supply scheduling directly to your site — contact us for details.

We offer 24/7 technical support. If a breakdown occurs, we dispatch an engineer as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, we arrange a replacement generator.

Yes. You can add an on-site engineer to any rental — a qualified electrical engineer who stays at your site during operations. This is recommended for critical applications (hospitals, events, oil & gas).

Absolutely. Event rentals are one of our specialities. We have experience supplying generators for concerts, weddings, corporate events, and trade shows. We provide silent units where noise levels are a concern.

In Nigeria, the national grid operates at 50Hz, so most equipment is designed for 50Hz. 60Hz is used in some oil & gas applications and for equipment manufactured for the US market. We supply both — if you're unsure, our team can advise.

When you submit a quote request, you receive a reference number (format: IRS-YYYY-XXXX). You can use this to track the status of your quote — just contact us with your reference number, or we'll include tracking updates in our communications.

We accept bank transfers, and for deposit payments on confirmed bookings, we support online payment via Paystack (debit/credit cards, bank transfer, USSD).
